CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Single Owner Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Single Owner Building Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Single Owner Building Services. Every facility has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Single Owner Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Solutions GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning service providers of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is provided for tools and items utilized for cleansing (exactly what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleaning is done). The standard likewise includes emphasis on environmental improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both structure residents and custodial personnel.
