From our inception in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has been a customer oriented and results demanding company. The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that focuses on customer’s demands, involves every level of employee, constantly measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to insure that we continuously meet or exceed our client’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Single Owner Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Single Owner Building Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Single Owner Building Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Single Owner Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up provider of business, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is provided for tools and items utilized for cleansing (what is utilized for cleansing) and includes personnel training and planning (how cleansing is done). The requirement also consists of focus on ecological enhancements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building occupants and custodial personnel. The standard can act as a tool to help business start to take action to enhance their cleaning company and is readily available for Green Seal accreditation.
