It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Single Owner Building Services every employee understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Single Owner Building Services. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our workers.
