CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Value Added Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Value Added Building Services the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Building Services. Every facility has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Value Added Building Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a favorable attitude towards recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any additional details regarding the center's recycling treatments.
