CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Leed Green Nation Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must communicate a standard of Leed Green Nation Operations everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Leed Green Nation Operations. Every building has unique situations that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Leed Green Nation Operations promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items.
