CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Leed Green Nation Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Leed Green Nation Operations everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Leed Green Nation Operations. Every company has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Leed Green Nation Operations promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive attitude to recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Customers' center-- All CSI employees should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning products, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional details regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
