CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Business Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Business Facility Services every employee understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Facility Services. Every company has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Business Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Advise or suggest ways of lowering waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI workers should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any extra details relating to the center's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, tosses caps and lids in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
