To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Corporate Building Management promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a favorable attitude towards recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest ways of minimizing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing products, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra information regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
