This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI staff members must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning products, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional info concerning the facility's recycling treatments.
