Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the company to insure that all employees consistently reach or exceed our customer’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Green Seal Custodial Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Green Seal Custodial Services the line worker understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Green Seal Custodial Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Green Seal Custodial Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a positive mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental regulations concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra info concerning the facility's recycling procedures.
