CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Green Seal Standard Of Cleaning strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must communicate a standard of Green Seal Standard Of Cleaning everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Green Seal Standard Of Cleaning. Every facility has unique situations that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer.
