Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that all employees consistently reach or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Integrated Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Integrated Facility Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Facility Services. Every company has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Integrated Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and foster a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable attitude towards waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend ways of minimizing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI staff members should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra info relating to the center's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and drink cans, tosses caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and smart phones.
