To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Integrated Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude towards waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend ways of minimizing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI staff members need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional info relating to the center's recycling procedures.
