It means supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Landscaping Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Landscaping Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Landscaping Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and foster a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive mindset towards waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or suggest ways of decreasing waste.
