This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Landscaping Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, handle, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or recommend methods of minimizing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI employees should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional information regarding the center's recycling treatments.
