The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Landscaping Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI staff members need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any additional details relating to the center's recycling treatments.
