To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Mechanical Operations promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a favorable attitude towards recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive mindset towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Advise or suggest methods of minimizing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI workers need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing items, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra details regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
