The motivator behind our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, includes employees at all levels, maintains continuous performance levels, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we consistently reach or exceed our customer’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Operations Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Operations Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Operations Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to delivering a clean and healthy working environment for all our staff and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which required the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, communicating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the most favorable use of goods that minimize indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the joint responsibility of supervisors and employees at every level of the CSI organization. All staff is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local environment and to highlight and exercise environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the responsibility for managing, carrying out or monitoring the quality, state or condition of an institutional or commercial structure"- is necessary to the green cleaning perspective and integral to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been developed by pioneers of the green cleansing movement. These concepts will help in our efforts to be great stewards of the buildings we service, their occupants, our employees, and the general environment.
