To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all facets of the company to insure that we consistently meet or exceed our client’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Quality Building Management strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a standard of Quality Building Management the line worker follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Building Management. Every building has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Quality Building Management promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive attitude to recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend ways of reducing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI staff members should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing products, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional info relating to the center's recycling treatments.
