Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the company to insure that we continuously meet or surpass our customer’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Recycling Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Recycling Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Recycling Services. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Recycling Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for all our staff and your building’s tenants. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton delivered this presidential Executive Order 13101 which directed the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally to start using green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also established what green cleaning was for the first time, saying that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of goods that minimize indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the joint job of management and staff at all levels of the CSI organization.
