CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Single Tenant Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a standard of Single Tenant Building Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Single Tenant Building Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Single Tenant Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, handle, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and foster a positive mindset to recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items.
