CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Business Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Business Building Services the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Building Services. Every building has different requirements that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Business Building Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to delivering a clean and healthy working environment for every one of our staff and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton delivered this presidential Executive Order 13101 which directed the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally to begin using green cleaning products. The Order also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, communicating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of products that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy environment is the shared responsibility of management and employees at all levels of the CSI organization. Every employee is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to highlight and practice environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the idea of stewardship-- "the responsibility for handling, conducting or monitoring the quality, state or condition of an institutional or commercial structure"- is essential to the green cleansing point of view and important to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have actually been developed by leaders of the green cleaning movement.
