CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Business Custodial Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a standard of Business Custodial Services every employee understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Custodial Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Business Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental policies worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Recommend or suggest methods of lowering waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI workers must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any additional details concerning the center's recycling treatments.
