Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Cleaning Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Cleaning Services. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Cleaning Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning up provider of commercial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is provided for tools and items used for cleaning (exactly what is used for cleansing) and consists of staff training and planning (how cleaning is done). The requirement likewise includes focus on ecological improvements that lower toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building residents and custodial personnel. The standard can act as a tool to assist companies start to do something about it to enhance their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
