To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Cleaning Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Cleaning Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling treatments.
