Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Corporate Building Operations the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Building Operations. Every facility has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Building Operations promised with the best quality.
