Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are relayed to all facets of the organization to insure that all employees continuously meet or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Facilities Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Facilities Services the line worker follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facilities Services. Every company has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Facilities Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning up provider of business, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is provided for tools and products utilized for cleansing (exactly what is utilized for cleansing) and includes staff training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard also consists of emphasis on environmental enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building residents and custodial personnel. The standard can serve as a tool to help business start to do something about it to enhance their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
