Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Facilities Services the line worker understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facilities Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Facilities Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy working environment for all our employees and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally. The Order also defined green cleaning for the first time, saying that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the most favorable use of products that reduce indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Preservation of a healthy environment is the shared responsibility of supervisors and staff at all levels of the CSI organization. All employees are trained and held accountable to reach the goal of minimizing the exterior’s role on the local territory and to highlight and execute environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices.
