To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that all employees continuously reach or surpass our customer’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Facilities Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Facilities Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facilities Services. Every facility has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Facilities Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to providing a clean and healthy workplace for every one of our staff and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton delivered this presidential Executive Order 13101 which directed the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, communicating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of goods that diminish indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Preservation of a healthy environment is the shared task of supervisors and staff at all stages of the CSI company. All employees are trained and held responsible to reach the goal of minimizing the exterior’s role on the local territory and to stress and execute environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the idea of stewardship-- "the duty for handling, supervising the quality or performing, state or condition of an institutional or industrial building"- is essential to the green cleansing perspective and important to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have been established by leaders of the green cleaning motion. These principles will assist in our efforts to be great stewards of the buildings we service, their occupants, our workers, and the general environment.
