CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Facility Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Facility Maintenance everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Maintenance. Every company has different requirements that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Facility Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or recommend methods of lowering waste. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI employees must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra info regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
