The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Facility Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and foster a positive mindset to recycling, Function as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI staff members should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra info concerning the center's recycling procedures.
