Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Facility Maintenance every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Maintenance.
