CSI International, Inc., since our start in 1989, has been a customer focused, quality driven corporation. CSI’s Quality Plan has as a foundation a management practice and a set of directions that are synchronized to all sections and positions within the organization to insure that we consistently meet, if not exceed our customers’ needs. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated itself to organize its service strategy and operations to be in line with our clients’ requirements, and to build and maintain a culture with maximum employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an checkup system. It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Green Seal Cleaning Services the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Green Seal Cleaning Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is committed to delivering a clean and healthy working environment for all our staff and your building’s occupants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, communicating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of products that minimize indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the shared job of management and staff at every stage of the CSI organization. Every staff member is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local territory and to emphasize and execute environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the responsibility for handling, performing or supervising the quality, state or condition of a business or institutional structure"- is vital to the green cleansing point of view and integral to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been developed by pioneers of the green cleansing motion. These principles will assist in our efforts to be good stewards of the buildings we service, their residents, our staff members, and the overall environment. Tidy for health first and appearance 2nd, Reduce human exposure to contaminants and cleansing products, Recognize cleaning as an ecological health benefit, Commit to occupational development of cleaning workers, Interact the value of healthy buildings, Lessen chemical, particle and moisture residue when cleaning, Guarantee worker and resident safety, Contain and minimize all toxins getting in the building, Dispose of cleaning items in ecologically safe methods, Develop and record routine maintenance schedules.
