CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Handyman Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Handyman Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Handyman Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Handyman Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for all our staff and your building’s tenants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide. Executive Order 13101 also established what green cleaning was for the first time, saying that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of goods that diminish indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Preservation of a healthy environment is the joint task of supervisors and employees at every level of the CSI organization. Every employee is trained and held accountable to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s impact on the local environment and to emphasize and execute environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI comprehends that the principle of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, carrying out or supervising the quality, state or condition of an institutional or commercial building"- is important to the green cleansing perspective and essential to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been established by pioneers of the green cleaning movement.
