The main reason for our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that focuses on customer’s demands, involves every level of employee, continuously measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all facets of the company to insure that we continuously reach or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Integrated Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Integrated Building Services the line worker understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Building Services. Every building has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Integrated Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is devoted to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for every one of our staff and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, saying that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of goods that minimize indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials.
