What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Integrated Building Services the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Building Services. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Integrated Building Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Solutions GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning up service providers of commercial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleansing program that safeguards human health and the environment.
