CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Operations Maintenance strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Operations Maintenance the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Maintenance. Every facility has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Operations Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable attitude towards waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend ways of reducing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI workers should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning products, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional information regarding the facility's recycling procedures.
