The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, involves every level of employee, continuously measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to insure that all employees continuously meet or surpass our client’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Quality Facility Management strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Quality Facility Management the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Facility Management. Every building has different requirements that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Quality Facility Management promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy working environment for all our staff and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which lead the use of green cleaning products by facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of products that minimize indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Preservation of a healthy workplace is the shared task of supervisors and employees at every level of the CSI organization. All staff is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of minimizing the exterior’s role on the local environment and to stress and exercise environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the concept of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, supervising the quality or conducting, state or condition of a business or institutional structure"- is vital to the green cleansing point of view and integral to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have been developed by leaders of the green cleansing movement. These principles will help in our efforts to be excellent stewards of the structures we service, their occupants, our staff members, and the total environment. Clean for health first and appearance 2nd, Minimize human exposure to impurities and cleaning products, Recognize cleansing as an environmental health advantage, Dedicate to occupational development of cleaning workers, Communicate the worth of healthy structures, Reduce chemical, particle and wetness residue when cleansing, Make sure worker and resident safety, Contain and reduce all pollutants entering the building, Dispose of cleaning products in ecologically safe methods, Establish and document routine upkeep schedules.
