What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Reliable Custodial Services the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Reliable Custodial Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Reliable Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental regulations concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI staff members must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra information concerning the center's recycling procedures.
