Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must communicate a standard of Safe Building Services the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Building Services. Every facility has unique situations that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Safe Building Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, handle, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our workers.
