To achieve this goal CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Building Maintenance promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, handle, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a favorable attitude towards recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI staff members need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning items, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional information regarding the center's recycling procedures.
