What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Building Maintenance the line worker understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Building Maintenance. Every building has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses several standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Building Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up service providers of industrial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is provided for tools and products used for cleansing (exactly what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of staff training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The requirement likewise consists of focus on environmental enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building occupants and custodial personnel.
