Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Building Maintenance everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Building Maintenance. Every company has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Building Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101.
