CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Business Building Management strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Business Building Management everyone follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Building Management. Every building has unique situations that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Business Building Management promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up service providers of industrial, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleansing program that safeguards human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is provided for tools and products utilized for cleaning (what is used for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and planning (how cleaning is done). The requirement likewise includes emphasis on ecological enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building occupants and custodial staff. The requirement can serve as a tool to assist companies begin to act to enhance their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
