Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that all employees continuously meet or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Business Facility Operations strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous advancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a standard of Business Facility Operations the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Facility Operations. Every facility has unique situations that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Business Facility Operations promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning service providers of business, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleansing program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is offered tools and items utilized for cleaning (what is used for cleansing) and includes staff training and preparation (how cleaning is done). The standard also consists of focus on environmental improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building residents and custodial staff. The requirement can act as a tool to help business start to do something about it to improve their cleaning service and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
