CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Corporate Custodial Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Corporate Custodial Services everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Custodial Services. Every company has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Corporate Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a positive mindset to recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any extra info relating to the center's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use separate containers for garbage and recyclable products at your desk and central areas, Print double sided (conserves approximately 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to minimize paper checks to help decrease the total environmental footprint of our organization, Print only when required, Proof checks out files for errors before printing to avoid waste, Sends e-mail memos to conserve paper, Avoids printing emails, Examines any paper copy storage, replace with a back- up hard drive for centralized storage, Utilizes e-mail instead of sending letters by post, Changes devices off completely in the evening and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases long lasting equipment, Has paper recycling stations next to copy machines and printers, Uses energy effective light bulbs (Usually they take in 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and smart phones.
