Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Corporate Facility Maintenance every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Facility Maintenance. Every facility has different requirements that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Corporate Facility Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a positive mindset towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional info concerning the center's recycling procedures.
