To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Custodial Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a positive attitude to recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Suggest or recommend methods of decreasing waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning products, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra information regarding the facility's recycling procedures.
