Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of rules that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that we consistently meet or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Environmental Protection strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Environmental Protection everyone understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Environmental Protection. Every building has different requirements that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Environmental Protection promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a positive mindset towards recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI workers must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning products, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra info relating to the facility's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Usage different containers for garbage and recyclable materials at your desk and main places, Print double sided (saves up to 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to relieve paper checks to assist decrease the total environmental footprint of our organization, Print only when essential, Proof reads files for errors prior to printing to prevent waste, Sends e-mail memos to conserve paper, Avoids printing emails, Evaluates any hard copy storage, change with a back- up hard disk for centralized storage, Uses e-mail instead of corresponding by post, Changes devices off totally in the evening and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases long lasting equipment, Has paper recycling stations next to copy machines and printers, Utilizes energy efficient light bulbs (Usually they take in 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and smart phones.
