Facility Management CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Facility Management promised with uncompromising quality. CSI provides safety protocols, managerial commands, personal protective gear and training to dampen and diminish exposure to dangerous material and avert injury and illness. We have created, and will continually redo, policies, rules, and techniques, which will improve upon the safety of everyone around. Establishment and maintenance of a safe setting is the shared responsibility of management and staff at all levels of the company. To this end, all reasonable efforts should be made to achieve the intention of accident prevention and protecting employee health. Our thinking is to control and minimize, to the greatest amount possible, any risk associated in the undertaking of our Facility Management. CSI has the responsibility to: Wholly and entirely support the Safety Program, Perpetuate a working environment that is safe and healthy for the staff, Comply with occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain an effective accident prevention program. CSI expects all staff members to work according to solid safe practices as posted, educated on, and discussed. Management require that staff visualize and follow every rule, regulation and order needed for the safe performance of their job, and require they take action needed to obtain compliance. Staff will subscribe to CSI’s safety program by obeying all safety rules, letting management know of safety concerns and bringing up possible ways to improve the CSI Safety Program. There is no task so important—nor any service so urgent—that employees should avoid working safely. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive attitude towards recycling, Function as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend ways of lowering waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI workers need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional info regarding the facility's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and smart phones.
