Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all facets of the company to insure that all employees continuously reach or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Facility Management strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Facility Management every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Management. Every company has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Facility Management promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning provider of industrial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is provided for tools and products used for cleansing (exactly what is utilized for cleansing) and includes staff training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard also consists of focus on environmental improvements that lower toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure residents and custodial staff. The requirement can serve as a tool to assist companies begin to act to improve their cleaning service and is available for Green Seal certification.
