Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must communicate a standard of Green Janitorial Services every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Green Janitorial Services. Every company has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items.
