From our inception in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a customer focused and quality guided organization. The motivator behind our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that focuses on customer’s expectations, includes employees at all levels, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all facets of the company to insure that we consistently meet or surpass our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Quality Cleaning strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Quality Cleaning everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Cleaning. Every company has unique situations that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Quality Cleaning promised with uncompromising quality. CSI's environmentally responsible products paired with our "green" initiatives are preserving the environment'& #39; s health and yours.
