The main reason for our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s expectations, includes employees at all levels, maintains continuous performance levels, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that we consistently reach or surpass our customer’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Quality Cleaning strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a standard of Quality Cleaning every employee follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Cleaning. Every company has different requirements that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Quality Cleaning promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Solutions GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning up company of business, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is provided for tools and items utilized for cleaning (what is used for cleaning) and includes personnel training and preparation (how cleaning is done). The requirement also consists of focus on environmental improvements that decrease toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both structure occupants and custodial personnel. The standard can serve as a tool to assist companies begin to do something about it to improve their cleaning service and is offered for Green Seal certification.
