To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Quality Facility Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning up service providers of commercial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleaning program that safeguards human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is offered tools and products utilized for cleaning (what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and planning (how cleaning is done). The standard also includes emphasis on ecological improvements that lower toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building occupants and custodial staff. The standard can function as a tool to assist companies begin to act to enhance their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal certification.
