The motivator behind our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, includes every employee, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all facets of the company to insure that we continuously reach or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Quality Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Quality Facility Services every employee understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Facility Services. Every facility has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Quality Facility Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning up provider of business, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning services, to develop a green cleansing program that secures human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleansing. Assistance is offered tools and items used for cleaning (what is utilized for cleaning) and includes staff training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard also consists of focus on environmental enhancements that minimize toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building occupants and custodial staff. The standard can function as a tool to help business begin to do something about it to enhance their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
