The motivator behind our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, includes employees at all levels, constantly measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all facets of the company to make sure that we consistently reach or exceed our customer’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Quality Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a standard of Quality Facility Services every employee understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Facility Services. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Quality Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a positive attitude to recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or suggest ways of minimizing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any additional information concerning the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
