CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Quality Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Quality Facility Services everyone understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Facility Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Quality Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a positive mindset towards recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products.
