This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Safe Building Maintenance promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, handle, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Function as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Suggest or suggest methods of reducing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional information regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
