This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Safe Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and foster a favorable attitude towards recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive attitude to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Advise or recommend ways of reducing waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI staff members should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning items, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any extra info regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
