CSI International, Inc., since our start in 1989, has been a client focused, quality driven company. CSI’s Quality Plan as its foundation a management practice and a set of directions that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that we constantly reach, if not exceed our clients’ requirements. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its service strategy and operations to be in line with our clients’ requirements, and to build and maintain a culture with maximum employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Single Tenant Facility Services every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Single Tenant Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for all our staff and your building’s occupants. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which lead the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally to start the use of green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also established what green cleaning was for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of goods that minimize indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Preservation of a healthy environment is the joint job of management and employees at every level of the CSI company. All employees are trained and held accountable to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local territory and to emphasize and execute environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the idea of stewardship-- "the duty for managing, performing or supervising the quality, state or condition of an institutional or industrial structure"- is important to the green cleansing point of view and essential to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have actually been developed by pioneers of the green cleansing movement. These concepts will help in our efforts to be excellent stewards of the buildings we service, their occupants, our employees, and the overall environment. Clean for health very first and look 2nd, Decrease human direct exposure to impurities and cleansing items, Recognize cleansing as an environmental health advantage, Commit to occupational advancement of cleansing workers, Communicate the value of healthy buildings, Decrease chemical, particle and wetness residue when cleansing, Guarantee employee and occupant safety, Contain and minimize all contaminants getting in the structure, Dispose of cleansing products in ecologically safe ways, Develop and record routine maintenance schedules.
