CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Leed Green Nation Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a standard of Leed Green Nation Operations every employee comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Leed Green Nation Operations. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Leed Green Nation Operations promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy working environment for every one of our employees and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which required the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to start using green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, saying that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of products that reduce indoor pollution as well as reduce environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Preservation of a healthy workplace is the shared task of supervisors and staff at all levels of the CSI organization. All staff is trained and held accountable to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local environment and to emphasize and exercise environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI comprehends that the concept of stewardship-- "the duty for handling, carrying out or monitoring the quality, state or condition of an institutional or commercial building"- is essential to the green cleaning perspective and important to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship principles that have actually been established by pioneers of the green cleansing movement.
