CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Leed Green Nation Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Leed Green Nation Operations everyone understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our business. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Leed Green Nation Operations. Every building has unique situations that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Leed Green Nation Operations promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our employees.
