CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Business Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Business Facility Services every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Facility Services. Every company has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Business Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a favorable attitude towards recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI workers need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any additional info concerning the center's recycling procedures.
