This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Business Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a positive attitude to recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive attitude to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or suggest ways of minimizing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI employees must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra details regarding the facility's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
