CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Business Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued enhancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Business Services everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Services. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Business Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, handle, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a favorable mindset towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
