The motivator behind our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that focuses on customer’s demands, includes employees at all levels, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we consistently reach or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Business Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Business Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Services. Every facility has different requirements that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Business Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to delivering a clean and healthy working environment for all our employees and your building’s occupants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally to begin the use of green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of products that diminish indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the joint job of supervisors and staff at every level of the CSI organization. Every staff member is trained and held responsible to reach the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local territory and to stress and exercise environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the responsibility for handling, carrying out or monitoring the quality, state or condition of a commercial or institutional building"- is important to the green cleansing perspective and integral to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have actually been developed by pioneers of the green cleaning movement.
