This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Building Management promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI staff members need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional details concerning the center's recycling procedures.
