Corporate Building Management Newark

“Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results." Andrew Carnegie

CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Corporate Building Management CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Building Management promised with uncompromising quality. Our staff is our most valuable asset and everyone in the CSI family is entitled to a safe and healthful workplace. Employee safety is one of our business priorities and it is a CSI intention to maintain a clean, safe and healthy working conditions for all employees. CSI complies with all safety and health requirements that are enacted by local, state and federal agencies. CSI will provide safety protocols, administrative controls, personal safety gear and training to abate and reduce exposure to dangerous material and prevent injury and illness. CSI has created, and will constantly refine, policies, rules, and techniques, which will contribute to the safety of everyone around. Establishment and maintenance of a safe setting is the shared responsibility of management and staff at all levels of the organization. For this purpose, every reasonable effort should be taken to achieve the intention of accident prevention and health preservation. Our philosophy is to control and minimize, to the greatest extent possible, any risk associated in the undertaking of our Corporate Building Management. CSI has the responsibility to: Perfectly and thoroughly reinforce the Safety Program, Maintain a working environment that is safe and healthy for the employees, Follow occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Perpetuate a successful accident prevention plan. We expect all employees to work according to solid safe practices as posted, educated on, and talked about. Supervisors require that employees witness and execute every rule, regulation and order needed for the safe conduct of work, and require they take appropriate steps needed to obtain compliance. Employees will submit to CSI’s safety protocol by following all safety rules, letting management know of safety concerns and bringing up possible ways to improve the CSI Safety Program. There is no job so pertinent—nor any service so urgent—that employees cannot take the time to work safely. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to delivering a clean and healthy working environment for every one of our staff and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton delivered this presidential Executive Order 13101 which required the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally to start using green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, communicating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of goods that minimize indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the shared task of management and staff at every stage of the CSI company. Every employee is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local territory and to stress and execute environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the duty for managing, conducting or supervising the quality, state or condition of a business or institutional structure"- is essential to the green cleaning viewpoint and integral to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have actually been developed by pioneers of the green cleansing movement. These concepts will assist in our efforts to be great stewards of the structures we service, their residents, our employees, and the general environment. Tidy for health first and look second, Lessen human exposure to pollutants and cleansing products, Acknowledge cleansing as an environmental health benefit, Commit to occupational development of cleansing workers, Interact the worth of healthy structures, Reduce moisture, particle and chemical residue when cleaning, Ensure worker and resident safety, Contain and lower all contaminants going into the structure, Dispose of cleansing products in environmentally safe methods, Establish and document regular upkeep schedules.
