To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Environmentally Safe Custodial promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning service providers of industrial, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is provided for tools and products used for cleaning (what is used for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and planning (how cleaning is done). The standard also consists of focus on environmental improvements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure residents and custodial staff. The standard can work as a tool to help business begin to act to improve their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
