Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that all employees consistently reach or exceed our client’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Facility Services everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a positive attitude towards recycling, Function as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental guidelines concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable attitude towards waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend ways of lowering waste. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI workers should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning products, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any additional info concerning the center's recycling treatments.
