CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Facility Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Services. Every company has different requirements that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a positive mindset towards recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Customers' center-- All CSI employees should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing products, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra info relating to the center's recycling procedures.
