CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Green Seal Custodial Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Green Seal Custodial Services everyone follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Green Seal Custodial Services. Every building has different requirements that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Green Seal Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and cultivate a favorable attitude towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset towards waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or recommend methods of minimizing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any extra info concerning the facility's recycling procedures.
