Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a standard of Integrated Facility Services the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Facility Services. Every company has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Integrated Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Solutions GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning company of commercial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to develop a green cleaning program that safeguards human health and the environment.
